Terms

1. The MyanmarOne AI plan is 285,000 Ks for 30 days, paid in advance.
2. A setup deposit of 50,000 Ks is paid before we set up your shop. It is not refundable, and it is taken off your first plan bill.
3. After the deposit, MyanmarOne sets up your shop (products, payment, delivery fees) and then visits you to hand it over and teach you and your staff. The rest of your first plan bill (285,000 Ks − the 50,000 Ks deposit) is paid at the hand-over, by mobile wallet; the 30 days start on the day it is paid.
4. Web chat, Telegram and Facebook Messenger can be connected on the day. LINE takes about 1 week to connect. TikTok can only be connected once TikTok has verified your account as a business account.
5. Each bill is due 3 days after it is made. If it is not paid, the shop keeps working for 7 more days (grace days); after that the shop is paused: the AI assistant stops answering customers and new sales stop, until the bill is paid.
6. There are no refunds for bills that were paid. Credit (from the deposit or from shops you invite) is used on your bills only; it is never paid out as cash.
7. Your customers' names, phones and addresses are stored encrypted; each shop sees only its own data.
